7th Door has been getting a lot of attention for using fermentation techniques in modern cuisine with clean flavours.


While there is counter seating, it's configured so a single guest will have a side view of the plating station, but not the kitchen behind it. Also, at this service, the Executive Chef was in residence, but did not speak with guests.
