Luxury ingredients for sure. But they need a sense of purpose in a menu, and not be included just for the sake of showing off.


Adam/Albin incorporated these beauties in a sublime mix of Nordic and Asian flavours. This restaurant is clearly pushing for 2*. Make sure you request the portion of the chef counter that looks in to the kitchen.

Show stopping cherries and wasabi pre-dessert. The ratio must be PERFECT and it might be insanity to try it in the first place, but the sweet and heat works.
