Aulis (London) - Single Table Experience, return visit

How good to see Chef Charlie and team at 1* Aulis for a return visit, this time with winter ingredients.


Venison (and accompanying fat crumble) swapped for lamb as an example. The venison, and side dish, are perfect plates with the fig vinegar adding tang.


Although this meal had a few social media hounds filing their every bite, it was still a masterclass in cookery with warm hospitality.
