Happy Halloween! The most disturbing dish I ever ate...

This dessert comes from the "brain" of Ramon Freixa, a 2* in Madrid. The dish is described as "sweet moments" on the menu, but it's more like a nightmare. Muhahahahahahaha.....

Nothing in the tasting menu had prepared me for the shock of this dish. The tasting menu was creative, forward-thinking and well presented.
